A simple solution
When I was in college my room was a total chaos and so was my life. I was more than often depressed. I Didn’t care about the mess, and the outward kills quickly became my permanent inward state.
One day I decided did I can’t stand that mess anymore and started working on it. Started with my room in my office. What’s a spontaneous decision but I believe that older adults and intentions in life come in such manner.
This simple action started my new way of life. I can’t say that the everyday cleaning was what changed me but that was the beginning the starting point. I noticed the lack of clarity in my life and I finally figured out what were the things I really loved.
When your mind is in a complete chaos, it manifests and exterior world. So, in order to bring order to our life, everything we need to do is to change our habits.
How chaos reflects in other areas of our life
Now that I have changed my daily routines, my habits started influencing my job, my diet, and even my mood. I started living a healthy life – I cut the ties with people that were bringing me down, I left the college that I hated, and I started doing things I was really interested in.
Oldest team gave me my freedom. All the pieces puzzle fit together felt as if I did a total clean up of my mind.
How to take action
Take a look at your life what’s a messy room? What’s wrong with it? Is everything in its place? Is there something or somebody it’s preventing you from making this change? Are there things did you want to do, but you’re not doing them? When you have all the answers, start cleaning.
The best way to do it is to start with something simple like taking out the trash. Did your heart feel better afterwards?
The next thing you should do is to Define the obstacles there are preventing you from moving forward: a lack of knowledge, fear anxiety or even people around you. Make a list of all these things it’s really really help you house the obstacles write down a couple of possible solutions.
You are able to cope with every problem acknowledge it. Fear laziness and weakness is everything that is holding us back from clearing our heads and moving forward.
