New habits don’t develop overnight.

Accept these 10 challenges in the next ten days and you will experience ten days of growth that will help you vibrate on a higher frequency.
1. Use words that incite happiness
Next time someone asks you how you are doing, don’t say OK or fine. Instead, say that you’re happy or excited because of something that’s going to happen or of something that inspired gratitude with you.
It will end up creating better mood and sharing joy with others.
2. Try something new every day
New experiences spark inspiration and curiosity that’s why you should try something you in the next 14 days everyday.
It can be something small like a conversation with a stranger orange rind different cuisine. You can also try something big like travel to an unknown destination start a new hobby or make some changes around the house.
3. Dedicate one hour of your time to your passions
Nowadays, we’re all really busy but everybody can find an hour for their hobby.
Weather it’s spirituality, music, sports or a specifics area of research, you should participate in something that you really love and soon enough you will notice how much of a sense it gives to your life.
4. Be kind to everybody
Be kind even to the people that you don’t like. Show kindness and compassion to everybody that you meet – not because they’re good people, but because you are.
You will be definitely surprised to see rudeness melting away around you in the next 10 days.
5. Get rid of one thing every day
We’re all surrounded by clutter. This is a great idea to accept the challenge and get rid of one thing you don’t need anymore. At the beginning you may resist it, but soon enough you’ll realize how liberating this habit can be.
6. Read a chapter of a good book every day
It’s really tempting to spend all your free time online, but books and novels have so much to offer to our imagination.
Find a little bit of time to read each day. It can be during your lunch break or before you go to bed.
7. Each night spend 10 minutes to think about everything that went well that day
You can choose to take 10 minutes to think about it quietly or write your ideas down on a piece paper. However make sure to list all the things that you enjoyed doing that day.
8. Get in touch with somebody every day
Think of a person that you haven’t talked to for a long time and send them a text or call them.
Every person has something to offer, and a small gesture that shows interest can make a bigger difference that you can imagine.
9. Let go of a person who keeps hurting you
Be true to yourself and think about who inspires you and makes you happy.
Do you maybe have a person in your life that’s a source of toxicity, negativity, cruelty, rudeness or low self-esteem? Visualize your life without them. If it looks better it’s time to let them go.
10. Do good every day
It’s fun to think of new ways to be kind to people every day – the possibilities are unlimited.
You can tutor a child, give a compliment to a stranger, volunteer, or buy food for someone that needs it.
