Buckle up, people!!!
The Super Harvest Moon in Aries will happen on September 29 at 5:57 a.m. ET or 11:57 a.m. CET.
This lunation is the year’s final supermoon and the first Full Moon of autumn. Almost two weeks later, eclipse season begins, so this Full Moon will set off a slew of emotions and events that we’ll have to deal with as the eclipses approach.
The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon closest to the Autumn Equinox, heralding the harvest of crops before winter sets in. On September 23, the Autumnal Equinox occurred, and this lunation is known as the Harvest Moon. There is also a supermoon. This means that the moon is in perigee, which brings it closer to Earth and intensifies its effects and appearance to us.
The Harvest Moon in Aries is traditionally a time for us to assert ourselves and take charge of our lives. Aries is a strong sign that seeks to win at all costs and to be the best at everything. It is the first sign of the zodiac, and the ram is a powerful force to be reckoned with. At this time, we will want to focus on ourselves rather than others and plan ways to improve our personal situations. However, finding motivation to do so will be difficult. This Full Moon tests our ability to make decisions and take action.
When attempting to comprehend the sentiments of the Aries Moon, we look to Mars, the planetary ruler of the fire sign. The planet of action is currently in the sign of Libra. Mars in Libra has been moving in conjunction with the South Node of Destiny, in contrast to the Aries Moon, which has been traveling across the North Node of Destiny. On October 4, Mars perfects its aspect to the South Node of Destiny in Libra, and we can expect to feel the effects of the supermoon until then. Our emotions will fluctuate, allowing our volatile and intense thoughts to surface, leaving us exhausted. The moon’s galvanization of the North Node is exposing our hidden activities. These factors are pulling us in opposite directions. We’ll feel the need to act, but we’ll be uninspired and unsure of the endgame, which will hold us back due to our high insecurities.
Pallas, Vesta, Pholus, Ixion, Quaoar, and Varuna are asteroids that orbit the Moon. Asteroids are celestial bodies that are less than the size of planets. They enhance the overall energy by giving the larger planets more innate detail and hyper specific flair. Pallas in Libra longs for justice and for the voices of the oppressed to be heard. Vesta in Cancer adds a layer of protection. Pholus in Capricorn encourages us to persevere in difficult situations. Ixion in Capricorn adds ambition and risk-taking to the mix. Quaoar in Capricorn is challenging us to express ourselves creatively. Varuna in Leo wants us to find the truth in everything. Putting it all together, these asteroids want us to break free from our self-imposed ruts and feel stuck by implementing creative solutions that can propel us forward. The caveat is that we may not be motivated to do so, which is why we must light the fire in our bellies by giving ourselves pep talks and refraining from dwelling on situations. Instead of dwelling on past mistakes or errors, we should use them to improve our present and future. Learn from your mistakes and chart a new course.
It is critical to engage in activities that boost our self-esteem. It will help us achieve our goals if we embrace and celebrate our amazing qualities. Although the Aries Moon wants us to rush through this process, it is critical that we take our time in order to heal and grow.
We’ll be ready to take on anything that stands in our way in a week, thanks to our desire to succeed and the TLC we’re giving ourselves.
