July 2023 comes with a full moon in disciplined Capricorn and a new moon in emotional Cancer!

Full Moon in Capricorn: July 3rd 2023 (7:39 a.m. ET/1:39 p.m. CET)
The Capricorn full moon is frequently concerned with advancement, success, and achievement. We can see the fruits of our labor, and if we’ve done things correctly and for the right reasons, we can reach new heights, achieve our goals, gain recognition, and progress along our path. We can feel connected to the path we’re on and confident that we’re on the right track.
If we don’t do things the right way or for the right reasons, we may face setbacks, delays, and roadblocks along the way. We may be confused, uncertain, and insecure, which can impede our progress. We need to work on being more practical and disciplined, as well as getting clear on what we want.
Capricorn rules responsibilities, and we may feel easily overwhelmed by our own. We can feel their weight pushing us down, and we need to work on better managing them. We may need to practice saying no more and taking small breaks when we can.
The full moon is trine (beneficial aspect, four signs away) Jupiter in Taurus and opposite Mercury in Cancer. The trine to Jupiter is extremely beneficial, especially in terms of keeping us on track and preventing us from becoming overburdened by our obligations. This can keep us in a more optimistic frame of mind, which is unusual for Capricorn.
However, the opposition to Mercury can make it difficult to focus and communicate clearly. We may struggle to understand one another, and it may be a time of bad news and missing information. We must keep an open mind and not let any bad news completely derail us.

We can take pleasure in beginning at the bottom and working our way up, and we can ensure that the foundation is solid and secure.
We may also focus on home and family matters, projects, and get-togethers, which can help us feel more connected to our home, community, and those we consider family. We can also be there for those we care about and express our nurturing side.
We may want to stick to what we know best, however, because Cancer prefers comfort and familiarity, so this may not be the best time to step outside of our comfort zones. Instead, we can find ways to work with and expand on what we already know.
