When Pluto goes direct in Capricorn on October 10, we will be able to better understand ourselves and take action based on the lessons we learned from the retrograde. (The retrograde began in Aquarius on May 1, and Pluto returned to Capricorn on June 11).

In the coming months, we can expect to use Pluto’s retrograde motion to gain perspective on how we can grow and evolve as individuals. Pay close attention to events that began in the spring, summer, and early fall, as this period will provide us with another opportunity to deal with and explore the same emotions.

When Pluto moves directly through the earth sign Capricorn, it is known to bring about radical change, which we may or may not be prepared for. Running away from transformation will not stop the process, which is all the more reason why we should try to work with Pluto’s intense energy. Most people dislike being pushed out of their comfort zones, so Pluto can make us feel as if our lives are crumbling when, in fact, we are receiving a harsh reality check that will reboot us, leading to a higher quality of life. Triangular situations and relationships are revealed, allowing us to see the reality of friendships and partnerships. Those who can withstand the test of time and are built on solid foundations will thrive and survive. The desire for power is also strong, making us all want to assert our authority and take control, particularly in our careers and finances.

Pluto is associated with the Judgment card in the tarot. The Judgement card encourages us to look in the mirror and take the necessary steps to improve our lives so that we can be the best versions of ourselves. The card represents the soulful awakening we’re going through, or perhaps the need to endure, and how it manifests itself in the form of a rebirth for ourselves. To rejuvenate, rehabilitate, restore, and revive ourselves, regeneration is required. Because the card’s meaning is so concisely aligned with Pluto, meditating on it is essential in order to welcome the energy into our personal worlds.

Pluto returns to Aquarius on January 20, 2024, bringing us back to March 23, when it first entered the sign. Because we are experiencing this transit for the second time, we have another opportunity to carry out the same tasks — but with more insight and knowledge than before. We will be able to look back on our previous circumstances with a fresh perspective, ready to make and take the necessary steps to improve our lives. Pluto will begin another retrograde journey on May 2, 2024, as it moves forward. Pluto’s retrograde in 2024 will bring us back to the events that occurred when it was moonwalking in 2023. That will help us deal with past events and give us a handle on what we need to get through the process of rebuilding ourselves. Pluto retrograde marches back into Capricorn on September 1, 2024, giving us the opportunity to revisit our previous decisions and make choices that can help and aid old hurts, wounds, and traumas from 2023 in 2024. As a result, we have time and opportunities in the future to mend our hearts and minds.

Working with Pluto is the best way to deal with its vibe. It is critical to embrace our edgier feelings while honoring and loving our shadow sides. To heal, we must honor, celebrate, and love all aspects of ourselves. Letting go of old patterns and ways of thinking is necessary for growth. Self-awareness is essential because it enables us to see ourselves objectively in order to evolve in the necessary ways that will change our lives forever and in the best way possible. Believe in yourself and your abilities in everything you do.
