Reciting (or listening) the triple mantra will keep negativity away and strengthen your magnetic field. It enables us to control the opposing forces of nature so that we may move gracefully through space and time.
Moreover, practicing this mantra meditation clears all types of physical, emotional and mental obstacles in your life. It also reprograms your subconscious mind so that you can operate from the neutral mind so that we can move out of duality into the dance of universal polarities.
Meditation instructions:
The most accessible and common position for meditation is sitting. Sit on the floor, on a stool or in a chair. If you are seated on the floor, it is usually more comfortable to sit cross-legged on a cushion (easy pose). Comfort is the key.
Then start relaxing your physical body, and as you breathe out, softly expel all the tension, stress in your body, in your arms, in your face, shoulder, and legs.
Center yourself. Clear your mind. Take a few deep breaths. It is easy to be distracted and be thinking of something else, even while you are saying your mantra. Having a clear and relaxed mind helps with awareness and concentration.
Start to recite the mantra. You can recite it mentally or aloud. The repetition of the mantra should be almost effortless. Occasionally, it is helpful to imagine that rather than saying the mantra to yourself, you are actually listening to it being whispered in your ear.
By saying this Kundalini mantra, an army of entities of Light arrive from every direction and crowd around you so that you may be blessed, protected, and freed from confining situations.
Once your time’s up, give yourself a few of minutes to shift your attention from an inward to an outward focus, and into everyday consciousness, gently and slowly.
Practice this mantra meditation for at least eleven minutes. If you find that this time is too long for you, start with whatever amount of time you can, and slowly build your way to 11 minutes. Even a few minutes of meditation is beneficial.

Aad Such Jugaad Such Hai Bhai Such Nanak Hosee Bhai Such.”
Triple Mantra translation and meaning in English:
”I bow to the primal Guru. I bow to the truth that has existed throughout the ages. I bow to True Wisdom. I bow to the Great Divine Wisdom
True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak, truth shall ever be.
True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak, truth shall ever be.”
