How to start your day? Are you always grumpy will you accept the new adventures with a smile on your face? Introduce a change into your life and start your day with saying thank you.
While you’re still in bed when you first open your eyes thank you bad for the good quality rest it provided. Then say thank you for waking up this morning; For a great new day thank you your self will create exactly as you want because that’s what actually happens.
We often forget how important is to be grateful.
Even when someone does something good for us or gives us a gift we take it for granted and say thank you without paying much attention to it. Nevertheless, showing gratitude cherries great healing power and positive vibration.
What are you grateful for? Try to put together a list of all the things that you are grateful for. I’m pretty sure you we’ll ask yourself what is there to be grateful for?
The first time someone asked me that question I had the same reaction. We often see things that are not good or we think they are not something we should be grateful for. Exactly it makes us angry disappointed, humiliated us and that make us feel bad are the ones but we should say thank you for.
Why? Because they’re the lessons we’ve learned; they’re the reminders that tell us to keep working in order not to make the same mistakes. Exactly these things the ones that give us character and make us the people we are.
Practice gratitude. Take a piece of paper and a pen, and every day, make a list of the 10 things that happened that day and you are thankful for.
There will be days when you won’t be able to come up with 10 things, but soon enough you will realize how this exercise is helping you to stay present in your life and that you have so many things to say thank you for. You will realize that the easier it gets to put a list together, the closer you’ll get to staying focused on yourself.
Gratitude teaches us of New Dimensions and helps us see the world from a different perspective. It also teaches us to trust life and our intuition – ourselves. By expressing our gratitude, even for the things that we consider trivial and unimportant, we learn to trust life and that it will reward us with trust.
If we start and end our days with expressing gratitude, we will see how blessed actually we are without even being aware of it. Gratitude reminds of what we are – pure love. Gratitude helps us stay present and teaches us that happiness is now.
