Since Chiron was so big on healing, you can make an energy ball and offer that to yourself. That energy ball consists of the divine energy of the entire universe. Pulling it into your hands, and then strengthening it with love, healing, and other desires you have.
You can do this by activating the chakras in the palm of your hands. Wake them up, shake them, and tap them. Soon you will feel vibrations that are pulsing from both hands. It’s then that you will add different words, like powerful, or inspired. Then that energy ball will be vibrating, throbbing, and filled with healing energy. That is when you place it in your heart.
