The final full moon of the year will occur on December 26, at 7:33 p.m. ET or December 27, at 1:33 a.m. CET.

There will likely be a major energetic release before the year ends, as the full moon will be in Cancer. We can start the new year off on a strong and positive note if we release the emotional burdens we’ve been carrying since the beginning of 2023. We will feel lighter under the full moon. Our hearts will be more open, and we can move forward with plans.

Every 29.5 days, towards the end of the lunar cycle, there is a full moon. In those times, we are able to let go of the past and finish what we started.

Everything that started with the Cancer new moon on June 28, 2022, comes to a close with this full moon. Now that we’re sharing in the first winter new moon, we were just witnessing the first summer new moon.

Our emotions and sensitivity were amplified in 2022 when the lunation aspected Jupiter in Aries. It is essential to consider how the June 2022 new moon affected our relationships and projects so that we can better understand the stories we are wrapping up and dealing with. Before the year comes to a close, we should try to address and resolve any recurring themes or scenarios.

Saturn, currently in Pisces, and expansive Jupiter, now retrograde in Taurus, form a trine with this full moon. Furthermore, the full moon will be enhanced by the merging of Black Moon Lilith, which is currently in Virgo. The presence of several planets and an asteroid can help us release pent-up emotions and negative thoughts. This vitality will elicit both sobs and giggles.

As Saturn encourages us to let go of what is no longer useful, we send a message to the cosmos that we are prepared to make a permanent change. Saturn will bestow the gift of ensuring that we never again experience that pain, provided that we are actively working to remedy past situations and anguish. No matter what other people think, Black Moon Lilith is telling us to stop being a doormat and start taking care of ourselves first.

Planets strive to swiftly resolve conflicts caused by the fixed star Tejat Prior. The only way to stay out of sticky situations is to reflect on and grow from our failures and successes. Think about your personal growth and how it can help you overcome obstacles by letting go of the past. Disputes with other people may also be amicably resolved at this time. Even if we don’t want the people in our lives, we still want to resolve matters and find positive vibes. All we want is for things to settle down and change the vibe.

On the same day, the centaur Chiron completes its moonwalk, which started on July 23, by turning direct in Aries. According to popular belief, Chiron, “the healer that couldn’t heal itself,” encourages us to face and understand our personal and collective suffering so that we can rise above it.

We have learned since July how to fortify ourselves, control our aggressiveness, and assess our wounds to find the most effective ways to heal them. With Chiron’s direct motion occurring on the same day as the full moon, we have a chance to make changes for the better and heal deeply if we’re willing to put in the work.

During the Cancer full moon, let the powerful emotions within us inspire you to make positive changes in your life. We are shifting our viewpoints, which is a remarkable development, even though the energy of this time may be inconsistent and erratic. Let go of resentments; doing so will free you up to make room in your life for other meaningful things, even if you’d rather hold on to some relationships or situations.

With the help of this full moon, we will feel as if a huge burden has been lifted from our hearts and shoulders, and we will be able to start over in 2024. Therefore, we must make the most of this time to release the pent-up emotions that have been building up in our minds over the last eighteen months. Now that we’ve matured, we have the knowledge and tools to break free of our past and create a life we love.

If our work has made a positive impact on your life, we kindly ask for your support so we can continue our work. Thank you!
