A foot chakra balancer is an essential healing tool that every spiritual practitioner should have in their toolkit. If your foot chakras are causing you trouble, you can try using balancers that will smooth everything out.

The problem is that many of us aren’t attentive to more than the primary chakras. We have two levels of chakra below these, but we don’t think about them often. Keep reading to learn why you should care about your feet’s chakras and how using balancers will help you find stability.

But if you are having serious issues, you might have to call in some extra help. You can get foot chakra balancers. These are small stones that work on the chakras and activate their healing power. You can either tape them to your feet or place them in your socks before going to bed. They should be touching your foot’s arches. A few weeks of this will right the balance.

If you are still having difficulty, use them throughout the day. If your foot hurt, then just step on the stones and remain standing on them, and you will be relieved of the pain.
