Mercury is the smallest planet in our Solar System and is named after the messenger of the Roman gods. The planet will be going retrograde on July 26th, 2018 in the constellation of Leo, and will stay that way till the 19th of August.
Now retrogrades happen every now and then but what special significance does this particular retrograde hold for you and the ones you love?
Normally Mercury retrogrades are all about miscommunication and misunderstandings giving way to conflicts and arguments and often, fights.
But this time, it is kind of worse, given the fact that the Sun and Uranus, thanks to a T-aspect, will be aggravating the crippling effects of this retrograding phase.
This is also a natal retrograde for Mercury, which is also something vexing. Normally retrogrades cause a lot of grief among people and can turn a lot of friendships sour if there isn’t a good measure of common sense and patience exercised, but this time it is worse.
This is because during natal retrogrades, the past lives come into play along with the present.
It might be that during one of your previous births, you had knowingly or unknowingly screwed someone over. This is going to come back and bite you in the back now.
However, there is a way out. When you feel such repeating feelings of guilt as if in a déjà vu, make sure you immerse yourself in that guilt and ask, in your heart, for forgiveness from the soul you had wronged.
And make amends for your bad communication skills in both past and present lives by trying hard at improving them now. When the speedy messenger among planets is powerless, you must take the first step towards making things right.
This will hence be the perfect time to try to mend old broken friendships and to try to overcome your social awkwardness by trying to be more social.
