We have all had bad days in our lives. We have all lived those days which make us think or say that we actually hate life.
We have all lived those days that make us wonder whether life is worth living or not.
Of course, we have had. And we probably had many of them that we lost count.
However, we should ask ourselves whether we ever thanked God for such days or not.
Well, the answer will probably be: we have not, or we have but just sarcastically. We might also blame Him for such bad days and even ask God why they even happened in our lives.
In fact, for the greater part, those days were not really that bad. We consider those days bad as they caused something that did not go our way.
They are simply days, and it is all about how we actually perceive them that makes them bad; we make those days bad.
Usually, we tend to focus more on something bad which happened during that day, so we forget to look for the good.
There are many good things which happen to us during one day that we usually can’t see, and sometimes, they are only some little things.
“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18
We should always thank our God for those bad days as there is still something good in all of them.
Every day, we receive a lot of blessings; sometimes, we simply have our eyes open, and we are able to spot them.
However, when we have our minds and hearts open, we will see every blessing which we weren’t able to see as we weren’t much attentive.
We should thank our God for the L’s in life. They are not losses, but they are the lessons learned in our life.
We should even thank Him for those days during which we did not get everything we really wanted.
We should be aware of the fact that he actually gave us what he knew that we needed. There were times when all we needed were lessons to learn.
If we ever think that we have a terrible day, we should simply thank our Go for that day. He has some plans for us, and he asks for our patience and trust.
We will reach our destination, and we will smile at those days when we finally reach the destination.
We will also thank our God for those bad days as they lead us to where we are meant to be.
