Cosmic energies affect our every day lives in various ways. Such energies surround us, or even course within us, in that way running through the chakra systems in our bodies, feeding our souls and minds.

Therefore, it is of vital importance to pay more attention to those cosmic energies within us. One of the best ways in which we can take better care of our cosmic energies will be through practicing meditation.

Here is the guide, consisting of six steps, to meditate on our cosmic energies. This meditation can be performed in the comfort of our home, and we can experience every benefit it offers:

Step 1: We should clear our meditation space.

First of all, the place where we are going to meditate is really important. At the time of the meditation, we should be open to all the cosmic energies which surround us, which means that picking some space which has positive cosmic energies is going to be quite beneficial.

In fact, the space we are going to choose has to be quiet, and where no one will disturb us. The area should even feel safe and comfortable. We should cleanse that space, and we can do that by burning sage, of course, if we have the possibility. Then, we should out loud affirm that the area has to cleanse itself of all the negative energies.

Step 2: We should lie down or sit on the ground.

In order the cosmic energies meditation to be the most helpful and effective, we have to be completely grounded. Once again, we need to be comfortable, which means that we have to do what will work best for us.

The most important thing would be that our root chakra, placed at our spine’s base, has to be really close to the ground. Right there, the cosmic energies are going to enter our chakra system.

Step 3: We should enter the meditative state.

We should clear our mind completely. Nirvana is much easier to be said then to be done. Our purpose would be to clear our mind of every thought entirely. Thoughts are going to happen, rapidly to start. We should not scold ourselves for having such thoughts.

We should actually try to see those thoughts with indifference. It is going to be complicated to achieve this with thoughts which are emotionally charged, but with some practice, this is going to become much easier. Such thoughts are going to start to decrease and whey they happen only occasionally, we have achieved the appropriate meditative state finally.

Step 4: We should draw some Earth energies.

Cosmic energies are present everywhere around us, but they originate and are densely packed within the Earth. We can actually draw on such energies by moving our mind to our root chakra. We can imagine the energies running up from the ground through our spine.

They will go up to our chakra system, and move through our chest and abdomen, up to our throat, eyes, and, in the end, our crown chakra, which is on our head’s top. When the energies go through our system, we are going to feel the bursts filling us with bliss and peace.

Step 5: We should return, but we should do that gently.

When our cosmic energies are finally replenished, our meditative state is going to start to dissolve. We should not rush to return to this world. Usually, it is in such moments that we are going to have everything clearer, and our thoughts which cross our mind will be more enlightened too.

Step 6: We should cleanse and move forward.

In the end, we should cleanse our space once again. The cosmic energies which we replenished ourselves with are going to expel negative energies which we collected during the whole day.

We should cleanse the space, as that is going to prevent the negative energies to seep back in. We should do that regularly and practice some lessons which we probably learned on our first meditation journey.
