Our vibrational frequencies are essentially our spiritual states. More specifically, they are the measures of our consciousness levels, and they describe our dominant moods, values, and thoughts in our minds.
But, measuring vibrational frequencies is hard to be done accurately, because of the ego bias. We can get some idea about our vibrational frequencies on our own through a meditative contemplation; however, finding someone that is experienced in that area is going to get us a better and accurate reading.
What are vibrational frequencies?
Vibrational frequencies are the measures of energies in our system. Every single thing is made up of energy, and their speed of oscillating and vibrating actually groups the energy types.
Those average levels at which our energy is vibrating are the so-called vibrational frequencies.
Emotions, thoughts, and ideas all have some special vibrational frequencies, while those that are more desirable have much higher frequencies, unlike the undesirable ones.
The hierarchy of our consciousness
In fact, there is some kind of hierarchy of our consciousness, which is the ranking of all those different ideas, emotions, and thoughts which may be dominant in our minds.
- 700hz+ – Enlightenment
- 600hz – Peace
- 540hz – Joy
- 500hz – Love
- 400hz – Reason
- 350hz – Acceptance
- 310hz – Willingness
- 250hz – Neutrality
- 200hz – Courage
- 175hz – Pride
- 150hz – Anger
- 125hz – Desire
- 100hz – Fear
- 75hz – Grief
- 50hz – Apathy
- 30hz – Guilt
- 20hz – Shame
When we have high vibrational frequencies, they may happen because our soul and mind embody emotions which are higher on the list. When they are low, it means that we fall victims to the negative emotions somewhere at this list’s bottom.
These numbers are actually hertz frequencies, and they measure the number of vibrations in each second.
Measuring our vibrational frequencies
We may measure our own vibrational frequencies; however, the process is quite challenging, and it requires being honest with ourselves.
We can meditate on our dominant emotions, and permit ourselves to feel the way we feel without any judgment, making mental notes of all those emotions that happen, and how powerfully we feel them.
We should find our dominant emotion in the above chart, and that will be our rough vibrational frequencies. Spending more time contemplating is going to get us closer to the real number we are going to get. However, honestly, measuring our vibrational frequencies will never be accurate as we expect.
Ego bias will prevent self-measuring.
In fact, the problem is in the ego bias that is our tendency to inflate our score simply as our ego wants our vibrational frequencies to be much higher. Unless we surpassed our ego, the self-measuring process of our vibrational frequencies would be inaccurate.
However, the opposite may also happen. Lack of self-esteem will often result in lower vibrational frequencies, but it may also cause us to underestimate our frequencies even further.
Tying a lot of the self-worth of ourselves to the number may be tempting, the way in which a lot of people do with some social media platforms.
However, it isn’t the particular number which matters so much; it is actually the direction that it moves in.
