Your spiritual energy requires replenishment when you have recurring feelings of alienation or lack enthusiasm in everything you do.
You still achieve your goals but there is no sense of purpose. Stress and anxiety have become a constant companion so must take care of the soul to heal the body and mind.
Maintaining the spiritual side becomes very important when your aura radiates at a lower frequency.
The very spirit that guides us to the higher realms is bigger than our body and mind combined. It guides our intuition and walks us through our journey in life.
Here’s how you can recharge the spiritual energy within you simply by using your hands.
Step 1:
Search for a quiet, dimly lit place, and lie down. Make sure that no one disturbs you and then take five slow and deep breaths.
Step 2:
Now, fold your hands before you in a praying position. Then, touch your forehead with your hands gently and then lower them down to your chest. These contain the two most important Chakras in the body – our third eye as well as our heart chakra – necessary for spiritual energy to pass through.
Step 3:
Rub your hands till they get warm and then place one hand over the heart and the other over the belly button. Your hands can thus replenish these two Chakras.
Step 4:
This step is all about visualization. You need to imagine a ball of healing light emerging from the tipping end of the toes all the way up to the head. You also have to visualize energy coming out from your fingers and entering the Chakras, replenishing them.
Step 5:
After you are done, stretch yourself out a bit. The blood has been concentrated at one spot for quite some time and it needs to flow freely now.
Step 6:
Drink a tumbler full of water and make sure you stay hydrated every day.
These easy and quick steps will definitely help you replenish and cleanse your Chakras. Do this every day for 15 minutes to get the best results.
