Everything in the universe is energy. You may not see it but you can feel it within and around you. There are positive and negative energy all around us.
Positive energies energize us from within and help us to move forward in our spiritual journey. On the other hand, negative energy is always pulling us down and making our mind and heart toxic.
If we have a strong aura, we are more capable of fighting off this negative energy. It also amplifies our psychic abilities and energizes us from within.
Here are a few ways in which we can strengthen our aura:
1. Negative Ion exposure
Negative ions may sound ‘negative’ but they actually help in erasing harmful free radicals from your body and energy field. They are found in nature, like standing on the grass with your bare feet can infuse negative ions within you.
You can even find it near waterfalls or when you walk in a drizzle. Just connect with nature and breathe in the negative ions around you.
2. Calling your higher self
We are the creators of our reality. So, if you really want to see the positive side of your reality, you have to focus on it properly. The best way to do so is by meditation and exercises that improve your visualization.
If you sit for meditation and do it for 15 minutes, you might be able to visualize the aura forming all around you. You can even ask for your higher self to shed light upon you for guidance and comfort.
3. Tapping exercises
Another thing that you can do is tapping. By tapping your meridian points, that is the top of the head, the top lip, the chin, the collarbone and just below the eye, you can feel the energy flow increase. Dark patches can block your aura and tapping can release it.
4. Sun exposure
You need a healthy dose of sunlight to strengthen your bones (due to Vitamin D) and also, to build up a strong aura. The Sun is always transferring its energy on to us.
It gives out prana or life energy. So, try to go out in the sun and absorb this energy. However, don’t stay out too long or you will get sunburnt.
5. Psychic Attack Shielding
Whenever we are interacting with people or even when we are alone, we are vulnerable to psychic attacks. These attacks can affect us when we have left a blind or dark spot in our aura.
So, start by strengthening your aura and make a change for the better. Protect your aura and don’t let anything drain it. The stronger your aura, the better you can defend yourself from psychic attacks.
Yoga is always a great way to maintain your body and spiritual side. It will relieve you from several pains, but the best thing that it does is that it will also make the energy start flowing. Any weak patch will be mended with yoga.
