When people tell me I have a gypsy soul, some of them use it as a derogative term. Women with gypsy souls are sometimes perceived as if they don’t know what they want from life and are considered to be scared of commitment.
With time, I realized that my gypsy soul is one of my biggest qualities and that many are actually afraid of the strength that my gypsy soul gives me. When you get to know someone with a gypsy soul, you’ll see that they are unique people.
They are open minded, free spirited, wild hearted, and never boring to be around. If you think of yourself as a woman with a gypsy soul, then you probably have the following characteristics.
:: You have a wild spirit
Since you can remember, people referred to you as a bohemian. You live your life on your own terms and don’t care about what other people think. You never allow social conventions and rules to control your life and to tie you down.
:: You are always optimistic
Whatever happens, you will be optimistic about it. You simply have this positive energy that you always carry with yourself. You always believe that there is something better waiting for you around the corner. Even when everything is black, you believe that tomorrow will be better. You try to find something positive in everything bad.

Everyone around you thinks of you as a strong and brave woman, although they are sometimes intimidated by this quality of yours. You don’t mind the obstacles and nothing can stop you when you put your mind to something. You are not easy to scare and are always ready to receive life’s challenges. People who are important to you know they can always rely on you and count on your unquestionable support. Besides, you are never ashamed of your emotions. Every woman who has a gypsy soul is an explorer and a wanderer. You don’t like to be passive, and you love diversity. You are always searching for yourself and for ways to improve your personality. You don’t follow other people’s steps. Instead, you are always in a search for your own path and way of doing things.
:: You like to be free
Freedom in every sense of that word is something you couldn’t imagine yourself without. When you see that someone is trying to control you, you will instantly run away from that relationship. You simply can’t stand being caged. Your spirit is free and you never enjoy things or people that tie you down.
:: You are passionate
Everything you do, you do it with a full heart and with your entire being. You approach to everything in life with great passion, or you don’t do it all. Passion is something that guides you and you will never set your mind on something that won’t fulfill you completely.
:: You are always honest
No matter how harsh and painful the truth sometimes can be, you will always spill it out. You always have an opinion and are not afraid to fight for it. Your ideals and viewpoints are important for you, and although you won’t impose them on others, you will always be clear about them. Also, the worst thing anyone can do to you is lie. You enjoy the presence of sincere people who are ready to stand up for their beliefs.

You are never boring to be around. Whatever happens to you, you manage to turn it into an adventurous experience. You like to travel because that gives you the opportunity to explore new cultures and places. Also, you enjoy the beauties of nature and are extremely outgoing.

Women who have a gypsy soul know their worth and know how much they are capable of. So, they never allow themselves to be dependent on others. Therefore, you are a confident, self-motivated woman who will never be a subject of someone’s control nor will allow anyone to influence you. You take responsibility for your actions and are able to provide for yourself, not only financially, but emotionally as well. Therefore, you know you don’t need a man to make you feel complete.
