There is a lot of information available on the internet talking about energy healing. But most of it is contradictory and only leads to further confusion.
So here are a few, very basic pointers about energy healing which will help you sift the right information from the wrong.
1. Science has no role to play in it
So far, science has not been able to explain why the methods of energy healing give results. But that doesn’t mean that it is all make believe. It has been showing results since the dawn of time and continues to do so till this day.
2. It does not deal with symptoms alone
Most of modern medicine works at treating the symptoms of a problem, but the source remains neglected. Energy healing on the other hand, directly looks at the source of the problem and works on that. Hence the symptoms go away eventually.
3. The root cause of the problem
Energy healing works at balancing our energies. The basic theory is that when our energy is not in balance, we put out a little too much or little to less of a certain kind of energy and this leads to us being sick. This is where energy healing comes in.
4. It involves changing our ways
We are headed towards a certain direction in life. But if we get sidetracked from our course, we will never get there. So sometimes it is necessary to make essential changes in our life to be back on track.
5. Energy healing looks at the bigger picture
There are no immediate remedies or quick fixes. We have to make big changes which only take place gradually, over a long period of time. Therefore, even the results will be long drawn out. There cannot be any instant gratification.
6. Energy healing is not the same for every case
This is how each individual handles their energies. Energy healing will show them the way, and give them the power needed to make the necessary changes. What they do with that power depends solely on them; not in the disease which they might be suffering from.
