You just don’t find joy in the things that were bringing joy before. It’s like all of the positive energy has been drained out of you. You are now just not able to find anything that makes you happy.

3. You have trouble sleeping

You spend more time worrying and stressing than you spend on sleeping. It Remember that the more you allow these negative energies to control you, the harder it’s going to be for you to fall sleep. There are many people who always have trouble sleeping when the negativity is overwhelming me.

You spend plenty of time on paying attention to the bad qualities that you have and envying the others. This has to stop. You are perfect just the way you are.

9. You are stressed and you cannot figure out why everything is hitting you so hard

You spend plenty of time in stressing out that the positive side of the things in life is drifting further away day by day. You are letting your life to move by at a too fast pace. Stop letting everything bother you and in case you need a break just take one.

10. You are currently highly emotional

You feel overwhelmed with emotions and you seem to be letting them get the best of you. This is a normal thing from time to time but it should be dealt with as soon as you have the ability. You should be aware that you have these emotions but don’t let them take control over you.
Those moments in life when you are dealing with negative energy, the first step that you should take is to relax a little. Give yourself enough time to think about everything and figure out where you need to go from that point. Try to become emotionally intelligent and understand that you are just fine as you are. If any person in your life is being too negative, simply cut them out. You need to look for the positive things in life.
