This Is How The Mercury Retrograde Will Affect Your Body

Mercury Retrograde isn’t just about malfunctioning electronics, and distorted communications – it affects the body too.

Mercury would start moving in Retrograde from July 7th, to July 31stand we would all be feeling its effects. Now, while we may be experiencing severe difficulties in explaining ourselves or trying to communicate better, we wouldn’t be able to identify what’s causing this. Does it feel to you, that you are being dragged?

There could be many examples of such, like not being able to meet deadlines, or falling ill just before something important comes up. You might think it to be a mere coincidence, but it is the effect of a Retrograde.

Helen Frost mentions that this Retrograde would be a pretty potent one, for Mercury would be turning backward in the sign of Leo, coupled with its conjunction with Mars. Both Leo and Mars are related to fire s be careful. It also has a pretty powerful connection with Uranus, the unpredictable planet and Chiron, the celestial body responsible for wounding as well as healing. Not only these planets but even the two Eclipses near about this Retrograde will add to its potency. Now that is some pretty intense stuff out there!

This Retrograde will bring in a lot of energy in you, but no real place to focus on. Some of you may indeed be bursting with it, while some, on the other hand, might not have enough of it. But in the end, what matters is how you place it, seamlessly channelizing it. Else, you might get frazzled with all the energy trying to burst out at the seams.

It would be best if you didn’t try to focus all your time churning out some major life decision or a relationship issue right now. Take your time, see all your options, and make do with the energy you have at your disposal. There is no point getting frazzled out of existence over something that might not make sense later. Try meditating as well as practicing spiritual exercises to help focus better.

In the end, we are all trying to navigate this retrograde, so relax for this too shall pass.
