1. I am not responsible for the things I can’t control
We humans have the fear of unknown, and to overcome that fear, we try to control all the aspects of our life. We create favorable outcomes for ourselves and based on that we work our way through the problems.
But we forget that there is a higher force looking after us all. I have observed it personally that when I relinquish control over my surroundings, things usually go very well for me.
Get up every day and remind yourself that everything happens for good and thus surrender is more powerful than control.
2. I will forgive myself and others
Forgiving ourselves and others is very important for happiness. We must understand that others might behave on impulse and thus can make a mistake.
It is also pertinent to take note of the genesis of the action and to accept your mistakes.
3. I will not judge the people and things around me
Our minds never stop running. Actually it works around the clock, and all in order to try and predict the future. But life is full of surprises for which we are seldom prepared for. Think of theses surprises as wonders and not just like another event.
Every moment of the life is beautiful and we must immerse ourselves completely into it.
