Empathy Equals Judgement—Here’s Why

Empathy equals judgement, no matter how you look at it. When you place yourself in the shoes of another, judgement occurs involuntarily.

The definition of empathy is the capacity to understand what another person is experiencing from within the other person’s frame of reference, i.e., the capacity to place oneself in another’s shoes.

Empathy is an emotion that opens a gateway to the emotions of others, projected onto oneself.

Society has labeled traits like empathy as normal or righteous, and if we don’t question the validity of these traits, we succumb to beliefs that negatively impact our lives until the day we depart from this planet.

Empathy is portrayed as a good and honorable trait to embody in this experience if we want to be seen as a “good person.”

Most of us express the majority of our empathy only to our close circle of friends and family members.

Others have empathy for the whole world and all the people they come across, setting themselves up for a bumpy roller-coaster ride of feelings and emotions that they absorb.

Why is it customary to bring yourself down to the frequency of another individual in order to show that you care for their well-being?

If someone is in a lowly state, which you have also experienced, it means you have explored that frequency and have raised yourself to higher vibrations, resting it inside of you.

When we meet our old selves and have not yet forgiven ourselves for leading ourselves down those dark alleyways, we invoke that dormant frequency inside of us that does not serve to help anybody and only awakens our demons from the past.

Empathy is at the root of this issue, as it often leads us to judge our former selves. When you feel empathy for suffering, you actually throw fuel on the fire, validate the low frequency you are observing, and prolong it.

Judgement is none of your business on this planet, for each has their own free will and chooses for themselves the kind of life they wish to experience. You should not dictate how others should live or when they should begin spiritual ascension.

The moment you empathize with someone, you lose touch with your own divinity, which is the power that can actually serve to help and heal the other individual you are in contact with. Wherever you go, staying rooted in an unmoving foundation of truth is the only way you can create a bridge for others to access your world or frequency.

When you center your consciousness on another, you absorb negative energies that you must release.

The term “empath,” which has gained popularity in many new age circles, essentially refers to a large group of individuals who struggle to remain completely centered, neutral, and unmovable throughout the day of social encounters in this “crazy world.”

Ironically, sensitivity is actually just a case of poor judgement.

Empathy is not compassion.

Do not mistake compassion for empathy, which entails judging by feeling the same as the other.

Compassion is the process of connecting by identifying with another person. The root word for com means “together,” and passion comes from the Latin root word “pati,” which means “to suffer.” Going back to its origins, compassion actually means “to suffer together.”

Ask yourself, If we all suffer together all the time, when is the time to liberate ourselves from suffering?

The answer is when enough people take responsibility to form stable pillars in society that do not crumble in the midst of suffering caused by compassion.

And the way to do this is to let go of empathy, judgement and compassion, which have been drilled into our belief systems through religious spiritual teachings.

The more we become rooted in ourselves and build solid pillars in society, the more bridges we create to a new and better world—a world toward which so many of us are currently heading.

This implies that the sooner we can transform our external reality, the closer we will be to the manifestation of a better world. And the more souls enter this new world, the faster it will shape itself in accordance with the projection of the predominant consciousness.
